Role Description:
The Warehousing Business Development & Transactions role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and developing warehousing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients,



and supporting end-to-end transaction processes for industrial and logistics properties. The role includes coordinating site visits, gathering operational requirements, and aligning warehouse solutions with client needs and market conditions. Daily responsibilities also involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to manage documentation, timelines, and negotiations, ensuring smooth execution of leasing or sales transactions. The professional in this role will actively track market trends, maintain updated records of warehouse assets, and contribute to business development strategies for the warehousing segment.

Qualifications:
