Techno-Commercial Sales Engineer
About the Role:
We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Sales qualified with experience in PSU/Government Sales, capable of understanding customer requirements and developing suitable technical and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and develop business opportunities with PSUs, Government departments & institutional customers.
? Prepare and deliver technical/product presentations and demonstrations.
? Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT infrastructure, Surveillance, Security, and Technology Solutions and engineering services.
? Prepare technical proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
? Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing PSU/Government customers. ? Coordinate with Client technical, procurement,



and project teams for solution development and execution.
? Track tenders, RFQs, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
? Participate in tenders, exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events. ? Follow up on proposals, negotiations, orders, and business closures.
Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field.
? 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or techno-commercial sales.
? Experience dealing with PSUs, Government departments, system integrators, or institutional customers.
? Understanding of technical specifications, quotations, and tender documentation.
? Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. ? Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into commercial opportunities. ? Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, tenders, and business development act
