Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for an Article Assistant and Semi Qualified CA not appearing for CA Final. The role involves assisting in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits,



and limited review engagements under the supervision of senior team members. Responsibilities include supporting tax and regulatory assignments, preparing working papers, performing basic financial analysis, and helping with documentation for corporate finance and advisory projects. The position also entails contributing to compliance reviews, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with clients for data collection, and assisting in research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters. The role offers structured practical training, exposure to diverse assignments, and opportunities for professional growth within the firm.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and basic taxation concepts.
Ability to analyze financial statements, prepare working papers, and handle documentation with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
