About Wualt
Wualt is building a safety and wellness ecosystem in India: a wearable ring, a companion app, and AI-backed emergency response, designed to feel like a piece of jewellery, not a gadget. We're positioning it as confidence and freedom rather than fear, and as safety infrastructure rather than a typical safety app.

The Role
As the Brand & GTM Lead, you'll own the intersection of brand, storytelling, community, and go-to-market at Wualt.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with the founders, lead your own team, and collaborate with our B2B2C partners to shape not just how Wualt is marketed, but how the brand shows up in the world: how it looks, sounds, and builds trust as a genuinely current category of product.

The role spans the whole journey:
Brand → Awareness → Community → Nurture → Conversion → Referral

You should be just as comfortable in strategy as in execution. One day you might be sharpening Wualt's category narrative, the next reviewing a reel, briefing a creator, planning a community event, reading the funnel numbers,



or writing a piece of content alongside the founders.

What You'll Own
Own Wualt's GTM and pre-launch funnel: Build the full journey from awareness to launch, bringing people in through creators, content, events, partnerships, and PR, moving them into owned channels, keeping them engaged, and ultimately converting them into customers and advocates.
Own the Wualt brand: Maintain the brand system across visual identity, messaging, tone, and storytelling. Shape how we talk about safety and wellness and ensure Wualt feels like confidence, not fear; jewellery, not a gadget; and something women want to wear every day.
Build Wualt's community: Grow and manage our owned audience across WhatsApp, Instagram, DMs, and other community channels. Create the content, conversations, and experiences that keep people engaged and give us a direct relationship with our earliest customers.
