Role Description The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that promote Odd Fellows Brews’ fermented products and gut-health education. This full time, on-site role in New Delhi involves developing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotions,



and supporting brand positioning across offline and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assisting in market planning, managing social media and content in collaboration with the team, and supporting sales activities by generating leads and nurturing customer relationships. The Marketing Executive will also help organize workshops, events, and partnerships with cafés, restaurants, and community groups to expand brand visibility and engagement. The role requires close collaboration with founders and cross-functional team members to ensure marketing efforts align with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
