Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager - Sales is a full-time, on-site role located in Nehru Place. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client immigration needs, and recommending suitable services and solutions. The individual will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, conduct consultations, provide accurate information on immigration options, and follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful applications. The role includes maintaining client records, coordinating with internal processing teams, tracking application progress, and ensuring timely communication and high levels of client satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager - Sales will also identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and contribute to campaigns and initiatives that drive client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and sales skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



including explicit spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex information simply.
Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple client cases, maintain accurate records, and follow structured processes.
Basic knowledge or strong interest in immigration processes, documentation requirements, and international mobility services.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software for tracking leads and managing client interactions.
Customer service mindset, with a focus on empathy, confidentiality, and providing reliable guidance throughout the client journey.
Prior experience in sales, consulting, or service-based industries is preferred; experience in immigration or education consulting is an advantage.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in business, sales, or international relations are beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore North
