About The Role

Nexperia’s Digital Strategy, Architecture & AI function is a single global practice spanning Nijmegen, Hamburg, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Bangalore — and what sets us apart is that we design and ship. Our architects prototype the patterns they define and pair directly with engineers on first implementations.

Nexperia’s 2026–2030 strategy treats applications as a portfolio to be continuously renewed, not a project list — and this role gives that portfolio an architectural owner.

You'll set the target architecture for Nexperia’s global enterprise application landscape — finance, supply chain, sales and marketing,



HR and engineering, and the intersections with manufacturing — and drive the modernization, rationalization, and build-versus-buy decisions that shape the post-2027 estate.

This is a hands-on senior role: you design and you build. Based in Bangalore, you'll sit close to where the landscape runs while setting standards used globally. The decisions made over the next 18 months — including the ECC to S/4HANA transition — will define the estate through 2030.

What You Will Do

Own the application target architecture — modernization verdicts, lifecycle states, integration patterns, and retirement plans for end-of-life applications
Stay close to delivery — prototype patterns, run build-versus-buy spikes, and act as the architectural voice within the Application Center of Enablement
Lead post-2026 platform decisions — ECC to S/4HANA, platform consolidation, SaaS rationalization, and M&A; integration, translate
