? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Installation, setup, and commissioning of pharmaceutical machinery at customer sites
✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
✅ Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown support to minimize downtime
✅ Use gauges, measuring instruments, and technical tools for machine inspection and calibration
✅ Provide customer training and technical guidance for machine operation and maintenance
✅ Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and qualified email communications
✅ Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve complex service challenges
✅ Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and effective support
? What We're Looking For:
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical,



Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
• Experience in pharmaceutical machinery, packaging machines, or industrial equipment service
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
• Willingness to travel for customer support and project execution
