Sales Coordinator

Nebula is looking for a Sales Coordinator to run the operational backbone of the sales function from our Rajkot office — orders, dispatch coordination, field team support, and reporting. This person is the link between the field sales team, customers, dealers, and internal departments, and is the reason deals close on time and nothing falls through the cracks.

What you’ll do
Orders, Customers & Dealers
• Process customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation accurately and on time, and maintain clean records of every quotation, order, invoice, and transaction
• Coordinate with Accounts,



Stores, and Dispatch on stock availability, billing, and delivery so orders ship without delay
• Follow up with customers and sales personnel on pending orders and payments
• Act as the point of contact for customer, dealer, and distributor inquiries and complaints, and drive them to resolution with the right internal team
• Work with dealers and distributors to spot cross-selling opportunities and support them in hitting their numbers
Field Team Support & Performance
• Support the field sales team day to day — processes, policies, documentation, and company procedures
• Track daily visits, work locations, and field activity, and ensure consistent check-ins and visit compliance
• Track individual and team targets against monthly and quarterly plans, flag gaps early, and give the team clear feedback on where they stand
• Help the team plan follow-ups and business development activity to close tar
