Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Manage month-end closing activities, including ledger scrutiny, provisions, reconciliations, and closing entries.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and management reports.
Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B within prescribed timelines.
Handle GST return filing and related reconciliations.
Prepare and manage TDS returns, deductions, payments, and related compliance.
Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory compliances.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for accounting and compliance requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely resolution.




Support the finance team in audits, financial reporting, and other accounting activities.
Stay updated with changes in GST, TDS, accounting standards, and applicable statutory regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
CA / CA Finalist preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
Candidate must have completed CA Articleship.
Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting, and statutory compliance.
Positive understanding of month-end closing and MIS reporting.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
