We are looking for a professional and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage reception operations and provide excellent customer service in a healthcare, dermatology, skin, aesthetic, or cosmetic clinic environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, along with prior experience handling front desk responsibilities in a similar setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day front desk and reception operations efficiently.
Welcome and assist patients/clients in a skilled, courteous, and friendly manner.
Handle patient registrations, appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow.
Respond to calls, messages, and general queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate patient and appointment records.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless service.




Handle basic billing, documentation, and administrative activities as required.
Maintain reception records, reports, and other relevant documentation.
Ensure the reception area is organized, professional, and welcoming.
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks using MS Office and other basic office tools.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Reception Executive, preferably in a dermatology clinic, skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic business, or healthcare organization.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Professional, courteous, and confident personality.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable handling patients/clients and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
