About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.




Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
Prepare interview feedback reports and recruitment status updates.
Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining engagement activities.
Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires.
Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, where applicable.
Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR-related tasks as assigned.
Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
