Job Responsibilities:
Create 3D interior designs for residential projects.
Prepare detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and clients.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting as per project requirements.
Visit project sites to verify dimensions and monitor design execution.
Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of drawings and design documents.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in residential interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
Good knowledge of space planning, material selection, and working drawings.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
