Responsibilities
* Develop and review high-quality code for AI training and evaluation.
* Analyze, debug, and optimize complex programming solutions.
* Create expert-level coding examples and technical insights.
* Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
* Identify edge cases, bugs, and potential improvements.
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of: Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
* Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
* Experience with debugging, code review, and software development best practices.
* Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide transparent solutions.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
