What We're Looking For
✔ 15–20 years of experience in garment manufacturing
✔ Robust knowledge of production planning, industrial engineering, quality, and compliance
✔ Exposure to denim garment manufacturing will be an added advantage
✔ Proven experience in managing large-scale factory operations
✔ Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities




✔ Focus on productivity improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end factory operations and production teams
• Ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets are achieved
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with Production, IE, Quality, Procurement, Maintenance, and Logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with customer, safety, and regulatory requirements
