About the Role
This isn't a role for building technology in isolation. Our engineers work on systems that directly shape how the business operates, scales, and makes decisions. Most projects start with a real business problem,



not a predefined technical spec — you'll work with engineering and business teams to understand a workflow, spot bottlenecks, design a solution, implement it, validate it, and keep it reliable in production.

You'll contribute across:
AI-assisted product development and internal platform engineering
Catalogue growth systems and workflow automation
API integrations and operational tooling
Data quality, structured data systems, and internal dashboards/reporting
Debugging production issues and business process optimisation
Scalable, AI-enabled operational infrastructure

Projects typically span databases, backend services, APIs, frontend applications, and automation tooling — so we're looking for engineers who understand not just how to build a solution, but why it should be built, what it's solving, and whether it's the right call for the business.
