Position Overview
The role will oversee financial planning, monitoring, and reporting for new unit construction projects and capital expenditure (CapEx)



improvement initiatives across hospitals and clinics in India. The role requires strong financial acumen, ERP proficiency, and experience in managing large-scale healthcare infrastructure investments.

Working days - 6 days from office

Key Responsibilities

Project financial planning: Develop detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial models for new hospital/clinic construction and CapEx projects (along with business leaders/project teams).
CapEx monitoring: Track project expenditures, ensure adherence to approved budgets, and highlight variances.
ERP integration: Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others) for project accounting, procurement, and reporting.
Compliance management: Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Labour Cess and healthcare-specific regulations.
Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with project teams, contractors, auditors, and senior management to align financial goals wi
