Role Description

The Employee Relations Manager provides Employee Relations and Performance Management expertise, specifically workplace investigations, case management and consultation, within a centralised, Employee Relations (ER) function, for India. Responsible for ongoing development of; and leveraging common consistent practices and processes to ensure a fair and consistent approach across clients. Handles complex, high-risk or sensitive employee relations cases and can establish solid working relationships with local HR and Leaders. Reports to the Senior Director, Employee Relations APAC.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conduct ER investigations to include: gathering and analyzing facts, applying relevant laws, policies, and past practice to reach conclusions and recommend management action.
