Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales of Simbott’s AR/VR/MR simulators to industries including manufacturing, defense, aviation, safety training, and vocational education.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Conduct product demos and presentations at client sites (travel required).
Build and maintain robust client relationships with decision-makers, training managers, and procurement teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions based on client needs.




Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of AR/VR/MR technologies and their applications in training and simulation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex B2B deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
Willingness to travel (PAN INDIA) extensively for client meetings and demos.

Experience Required
0–2 years of proven sales experience
Prior exposure to private sector and international B2B sales
Experience in software or hardware product sales

Preferred Background
Sales experience in industrial training solutions, edtech, defense technology, or simulation hardware/software.
Exposure to international markets and ability to handle cross-cultural business interactions.
Familiarity with Industry
