About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the Metal and Heavy Engineering sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in market research, lead generation, customer mapping, appointment generation, RFQ/inquiry generation, and business development within the metal industry.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Metal and Heavy Engineering industry.
Conduct market research, lead generation, contact discovery, and customer mapping.
Generate RFQs and business inquiries for Greenfield, Brownfield, Plant Expansion, Industrial Installation, Machine Relocation, Project Management, Shutdown, and Maintenance projects.
Schedule customer meetings, presentations, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database using CRM tools.
Prepare business reports, presentations, and market analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and customer requirements.
Travel regularly to customer locations for business development activities.
