About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development / IT Services Sales Expert to accelerate revenue growth across our IT services portfolio — including custom software development, web & mobile app development, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML solutions, and enterprise products (CRM, HRMS, ERP, fintech). The ideal candidate is a hunter and a relationship-builder who can generate qualified leads, close deals, and keep clients coming back through exceptional service.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting — cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls, and networking.
Identify and qualify current business opportunities across target industries and geographies.
Research target accounts, decision-makers, and buying signals to prioritize high-value prospects.
Leverage inbound leads, referrals, events, and digital campaigns to convert interest into opportunities.
Maintain a consistent volume of qualified meetings and demos each week/month.
Sales & Deal Closing




Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract.
Understand client pain points and map them to the right IT service or solution.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and product/service demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms to close deals that are profitable and mutually beneficial.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Customer Service & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and professional experience.
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business, upsells, and referrals.
Coordinate closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Proactively address concerns, resolve issues, and follow up to guarantee client satisfaction.
Gather feedback to improve service quality and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
