Senior Manager – Human Resources (HR)

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Strategic Execution
Execute HR strategies, policies, and SOPs defined by the Head – HR
Lead end-to-end HR operations across corporate offices and branch offices
Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes, policies, and governance standards




Strengthen and standardise HR processes, SOPs, and HRMS adoption across the organisation
Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organisational structuring

Employee Relations & Culture
Lead employee relations across corporate and branch locations
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with maturity and fairness
Ensure workplace discipline, ethical conduct, and harmonious employee relations
Act as a trusted people partner to managers and leadership on sensitive people matters

Performance Management & Productivity
Drive a KRA/KPI-based performance management system, goal setting, and appraisals
Support productivity improvement and performance review initiatives
Partner with leadership to build a performance-driven and accountable culture

Recruitment & Workforce Enablement
Oversee recruitment execution in coordination with Talent Acquisition teams
