We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing and sales, with the ability to identify business opportunities, build customer relationships, execute marketing initiatives, and contribute to revenue growth.
Experience or exposure to the Oil and Water industries will be considered an added advantage. The candidate should be proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, market segments, and growth areas.
Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, digital channels, events, and other marketing activities.




Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Conduct product presentations, sales meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through conversion and post-sales engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and timely delivery.
Research market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Develop marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
Track sales performance, maintain accurate customer records, and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
Follow up consistently with leads and customers to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
