Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Business Development:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets and expands the customer base.
Identify potential customers, industries, and market segments for targeting sales efforts.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline, consistently prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and pricing strategies.

Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored freight and forwarding solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on shipments, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.

Marketing and Promotional Activities:




Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings, providing insights and recommendations for marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications
Master’s / bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
Proven 5+ years of experience in sales within the freight and forwarding industry,
Must have valuable analytical skills.
Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
