What Your Role Entails
The Testing & Validation Engineer will be responsible for leading product validation activities, ensuring reliability and compliance, driving failure analysis and CAPA closure, monitoring test and lab performance, and coordinating infrastructure, certification,



vendors, and cross-functional teams to support timely product launches and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:
Testing & Validation Management
· Manage testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with DVVP and reliability requirements.
· Review test coverage against requirements and monitor validation progress.
· Lead FMEA closure from a reliability perspective.
Certification & Infrastructure Management
· Coordinate with certification agencies to understand requirements and prepare validation plans.
· Monitor lab utilization, infrastructure requirements, CAPEX, and project execution.
· Oversee lab installation and commissioning as per project schedules.
Failure Analysis & CAPA
· Drive failure analysis, root-cause identification, and timely closure of reliability issues.
· Monitor CAPA implementation and effectiveness, repeat failures, and defect leakage to the field.
