Role Overview

We are looking for a technically robust US Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, manage client relationships, and oversee a team supporting US-based CPA firms and their clients. The ideal candidate should combine strong US accounting expertise with leadership, client-management, technology, and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US accounting and bookkeeping operations for US CPA firms and their clients.
• Manage, mentor, and review a team of accountants and bookkeepers while ensuring quality and timely
delivery.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, month-end close, AP/AR, journal entries, accruals, and other
accounting deliverables.
• Act as a key client contact, understand requirements, resolve issues,



and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive process improvement, automation, AI adoption, and effective use of accounting technology.
• Handle escalations and collaborate with US clients and internal leadership to ensure high-quality service
delivery.

Must Have

• CA, CPA, or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in US accounting, preferably with US CPA firms or US Accounting clients.
• Proven experience with US CPA firms or US accounting clients, including strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Mandatory hands-on QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience with strong knowledge of accounting, reporting,
reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proven client handling, team management, and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and a highly technical mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools and
systems.
