Role: Growth Manager – Ecommerce

Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Amazon-first marketplace strategy (primary revenue driver)
- Deliver sales targets for overall brand and individual hero products / categories & own P&L; (revenue, margins, CAC, contribution)
- Drive profitability through pricing, discounting, and cost optimization strategies
- forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning




- Lead assortment planning, catalog optimization, and listing strategy
- Ensure strong visibility through content, SEO, and platform merchandising levers
- Media & promo planning, front end operations, product assortment, supply chain, distribution, CRM, and brand marketing activities to enhance the digital presence of the brand and boost product /category performance.
- Define long-term channel strategy and growth roadmap
- Manage agency/vendor relationships (marketplace, ads, analytics)
- Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and experimentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Btech or MBA in Sales & Marketing with 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, growth, or key account management
• Worked as a Category Manager with an online retailer or has been a KAM for the E-Commerce channel with a leading brand or worked as KAM for Up-to-date Trade
• Strong analytical skills - You're comfortable pulling apar
