Senior Consultant
We are seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) professional to support the design, implementation, administration, and advanced operations of enterprise PAM solutions using Valkyrie. The role requires strong hands-on experience across privileged credential management, access governance, platform integrations, automation, troubleshooting, and operational support.
This individual will play a key role in delivering secure and resilient privileged access services across enterprise environments, while partnering with security, infrastructure, IAM, application, and audit stakeholders. The position is well suited for a technical leader who can operate independently in an L3/L4 support model and drive both platform stability and continuous control improvement.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:
Architecting and designing Valkyrie PAM solutions, including credential vaulting, secret rotation, session control, access workflows, and enterprise security platform integrations.
Leading onboarding and management of privileged, service, and application accounts across Windows, Linux/Unix, cloud, database, and application environments, including bulk onboarding and migration activities.
Configuring privileged access policies, least privilege controls, emergency access processes, secrets lifecycle management, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
Troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting L3/L4 escalations, and maintaining platform health through patching, upgrades, high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and workplace hardening.
Developing automation, reporting, runbooks, and operational documentation to support compliance, audit readiness, and advanced PAM use cases.
