Role - AI Systems and Founder's Office Associate
Location - Delhi
Experience - 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Automate repetitive and operational tasks using AI and no-code tools.
Manage Founder’s Office operations including scheduling, follow-ups, travel coordination, and task tracking.
Generate meeting minutes, summaries, dashboards, and presentations using AI tools.
Build workflows, SOPs, trackers, and productivity systems.
Research and implement new AI tools to improve business efficiency.

Required Skills & Expertise

Proven hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and workflows in real-world business environments.

Strong understanding of the modern AI ecosystem, including:
LLMs & AI Assistants ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
AI Coding & Development Tools Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Replit AI
Automation & Workflow Platforms Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools
Knowledge Management & Productivity Systems Notion AI, Airtable, Obsidian, and related platforms
Creative, Design & Presentation Tools Gamma, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, Figma AI





Expertise in prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and output optimization.

Ability to integrate multiple AI tools into scalable workflows that drive:
Faster execution and decision-making
Higher-quality content and deliverables
Improved organization and knowledge management
Enhanced productivity and operational efficiency

Solid analytical thinking, communication, and execution skills.
Highly adaptable and comfortable exploring emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Passion for experimenting with new AI tools and identifying practical applications that create measurable business impact.

Preferred Background
1+ years of experience in Founder’s Office, Operations, Business Excellence, Automation, or AI-driven roles. Startup or digital-first company experience preferred.
