About the Role
We are looking for a Creative & Growth Intern who is passionate about content creation and can also contribute to business development and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in shooting, editing, scripting, customer interactions, broker outreach, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content
Shoot high-quality Instagram Reels and other short-form content.
Visit customer locations and shoot furniture/product content.
Create engaging scripts and content ideas.
Expertly edit Reels and short-form videos.
Handle the complete content process — idea → script → shoot → edit → publish.
Understand current social media trends and create content accordingly.
Business Development & Operations
Call and coordinate with property brokers for partnerships and referrals.
Call customers regarding payments, pending invoices, and follow-ups.




Assist with customer coordination and order-related activities.
Support the team with daily operational tasks.
Help with lead follow-ups and business development activities.
Requirements
Must have an iPhone 15 or 16 and be comfortable shooting professional-quality videos.
Strong video shooting and framing skills.
Expert-level video editing skills.
Good scripting and storytelling ability.
Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
Positive communication and calling skills.
Comfortable visiting customer locations and meeting people.
Proactive, creative, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Experience with CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools is preferred.
