Role Description The Sales Executive – Home Loan role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will engage with prospective homebuyers, understand their financing needs, and recommend suitable home loan products in collaboration with banking and financial partners. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting customer meetings, explaining loan eligibility and documentation requirements, and supporting clients through the application and approval process.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams and lenders to ensure timely processing, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or other sales tracking systems. The Sales Executive is expected to achieve sales targets, provide a high level of customer service, and represent Square Yard professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed home loan sales targets.
Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills, including transparent presentation and active listening abilities.
Basic financial literacy and understanding of home loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms for lead management and reporting.
