ABOUT US SmartX Technologies builds AI-assisted business tools for India's qualified practices and SMBs — chartered accountants, company secretaries, law firms, and manufacturers. Our platform, PRISM OS, turns a client's manual workflow into a working custom tool in days, not months: audit workspaces for CA firms, compliance boards for CS practices, clause libraries for lawyers, dispatch control for factories running on Tally.
We are a custom development shop, not a licence business: what we sell is a build, shaped around one client's workflow. Our sales motion is unusual and it works — we don't pitch decks, we build. A prospect describes their workflow on a call; within days they receive a working prototype with their name on it and a two-minute demo video. Your job is to turn this founder-led motion into a marketing engine.

not an off-the-shelf product with a price list. You must have done this before.
You have marketed or sold custom software development, application development or IT services — project or retainer engagements, not licence-only product sales.
Crucially, you have sold to non-IT buyers: chartered accountants, company secretaries, lawyers, factory owners, distributors, business owners. People who do not read technical specifications, have no CTO, and judge us on whether we understood their problem.
You can hold a discovery conversation about a workflow you have never seen before — what happens today, who does it, where it breaks — and write it back in plain business language the buyer recognises as their own.
You understand how services deals move in India: a longer, relationship-led cycle, scope conversations, a proposal with effort and timelines, and a buyer who must trust the team before signing. Applications without demonstrable
