Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their travel needs, present suitable travel packages,



and close sales for services such as leisure trips, tours, and visa-related offerings. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins; preparing and presenting quotations; following up on leads; and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline. The role involves coordinating with internal operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth bookings, timely documentation, and high-quality customer service. The Sales Executive will also contribute to achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and representing The Travel Kraft professionally at all times.
