About the Company: PYG Lifesciences is a pharmaceutical intermediate manufacturer offering R&D;, pilot-scale optimisation, commercial manufacturing, and CDMO/CMO services, known for quality, consistency, and reliable supply to domestic and international clients.

We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to drive industrial B2B sales and key account growth in the pharmaceutical intermediates and speciality chemicals space.

Job Details:
Vacancy: 1 Position
Location: Vadodara
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in the pharmaceutical industry
Preferred Industry: Speciality chemicals and Intermediates
Qualification: Postgraduate or MBA in Marketing preferred
Salary/CTC: To be disclosed during the interview

Key Responsibilities:




Drive recent business development and identify qualified leads in the pharma/specialty chemicals space
Manage and grow key accounts, including renewals and agreements
Own monthly/quarterly sales targets and reporting
Track competitor activity and market pricing trends
Coordinate with supply chain to ensure order fulfilment and delivery timelines
Manage payment collection and customer feedback loops
Prepare sales budgets and documentation

Required Skills:
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
