JOB SUMMARY:

> A Lead Consultant at Argano is part of the consulting family, responsible for
> providing strategic technology consulting services to clients or within the
> organization, leading major strategic initiatives, and managing key client
> relationships. They apply extensive experience and knowledge of a client's
> business or an area of technology to help them make improvements in how they
> operate, most frequently to help them grow revenue or become more profitable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting
technology.

* Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to assess their needs and
challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions. Lead major
client engagements and oversee project portfolios.

* Design,



develop and implement the solution in the technology solution to meet
the client needs.

* Lead and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within
budget, and that they meet quality standards.

* Provide direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to other teams and
consultants, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.

* Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and propose
mitigation strategies.

* Evaluate and select technology vendors, products, and services that best meet
the organization's needs.

* Build and maintain solid client relationships, serving as a trusted
advisor.

* Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and innovations and
assess their relevance to the organization.
