A growing digital marketing agency based in Kerala is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is not a conventional managerial role where you simply delegate work and supervise a team. We are looking for a highly capable digital marketing practitioner who understands strategy and, more importantly, can personally execute campaigns from start to finish.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
You will take ownership of the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and executing high-performing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and remarketing campaigns
• Creating, managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies focused on measurable ROI, ROAS, CPL, CAC and lead quality




• Planning and executing lead generation campaigns for different industries
• Building complete campaign funnels, from audience targeting and ad messaging through to landing pages, conversion tracking and lead optimisation
• Managing campaign budgets and continuously improving performance based on data
• Conducting keyword research, competitor research and market analysis
• Developing and supporting SEO strategies, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimisation and off-page SEO fundamentals
• Using analytics to identify opportunities, campaign leakages and conversion bottlenecks
• Setting up and managing tracking through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking tools
• Monitoring campaign KPIs and preparing transparent, commercially focused performance reports
• Working with designers, content teams and web developers where required, while being capable of independently handling the core
