Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and sales-driven Sales Tarinee to handle guest inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for managing the complete booking journey—from understanding guest requirements and recommending suitable villas to closing bookings and ensuring a seamless experience before arrival.
The ideal candidate is confident in sales, passionate about hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities




Guest Sales & Booking Management
* Handle inbound and outbound guest inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, OTA platforms, and social media.
* Understand guest travel requirements, budgets, group size, and preferences.
* Recommend suitable villas, experiences, and packages based on guest needs.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining exceptional customer service.
* Upsell premium experiences, concierge services, transportation, decorations, and add-ons to maximize revenue.
* Build robust relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients.

Reservation & Operations Coordination
* Manage end-to-end booking processes including quotations, confirmations, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
* Coordinate with operations and on-ground teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
* Ensure booking details, guest preferences, and special requests are accurately communica
