Role Description
Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Coimbatore
Mandatory Skills
8-10 years of SAP Project Management experience covering implementation, migration, and AMS support projects.
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA project management experience.
Expertise in at least one SAP core module (MM, SD, FI, PP, or EWM).
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and AMS support landscape.
Experience managing Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes with SLA/KPI adherence.
Stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
End-to-end AMS support experience, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.
Project/Change Request effort estimation and planning.
Team leadership and project tracking experience.
Requirement gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, and solution design.
Knowledge of SAP integrations (IDOC, RFC, and non-SAP interfaces).
Experience in transport management, release cycles, and system upgrades.
Understanding of SAP project lifecycle (Development, Testing, Go-Live, Hypercare, Support).
At least one end-to-end SAP implementation, including migration and cutover activities.
Working knowledge of Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Valuable-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Hindi.
SAP Fiori and Output Management experience.
Exposure to Batch Management, Inventory Management, and Procurement processes.
Experience supporting rollout projects and post-go-live support across multiple plants.
Knowledge of custom developments and deployment support.
Ability to identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvement solutions.
Cross-module integration expertise beyond the primary SAP module.
Flexibility to support weekend activities during critical production issues and upgrades.
