Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as Executive/Sr Executive – Process Development.



The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Organic Chemistry and proven expertise in peptide chemistry and process development. This role requires independent project execution, technical proficiency in DSP, and SPPS synthesis, and a team-oriented approach to drive innovation and ensure process excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and regulatory
compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage projects, including designing Purification Strategies, Reaction Optimization Strategies (ROS) and conducting R&D; scale experiments
• Perform Peptide API purification using Chromatography techniques like Preparative HPLC, IEC
· Plan and execute DSP (Down Stream Purification) activities with reproducible
