DHL LINK is DSC’s global integration platform connecting internal systems with customers and partners (B2B) and also internal systems together (A2A). In the LINK Solution Support team, we are looking for a self-driven and analytically robust team member who can combine technical support experience with AI, automation, and data-driven reporting.
In this role,
you will analyze and support implementation of AI-based solutions that improve incident & problem handling, knowledge management, service quality, and operational efficiency. You will also develop and maintain Power BI domain reports, providing clear visibility of service performance, workload, trends, and improvement opportunities. You will cooperate with DSC and ITS teams globally.
To succeed, you need a solid technical background (understanding of integration technologies is an advantage), support processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while turning complex information into practical improvements.
