Roles & Responsibilities:

 Manage and lead the solar sales team effectively to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 Plan and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, and institutional solar sales.
 Create a proper roadmap for target achievement and ensure the team follows the same.
 Monitor the daily activities of the sales team and track task completion of each team member.
 Take daily reporting from the sales executives regarding calls, visits, follow-ups, meetings, and closures.
 Review and maintain daily sales reports, including lead status, site visits, quotations, and order progress.  Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports to the management.
 Prepare and submit monthly sales reports including target vs achievement, productivity, and pipeline status.
 Conduct regular sales review meetings for performance monitoring and gap analysis.
 Ensure proper follow-up of all leads through CRM system.




 Monitor CRM software to ensure all leads are updated and followed up properly.
 Review sales pipeline regularly and ensure timely movement from enquiry to closure.
 Evaluate team performance and provide training and support for improvement.
 Identify key sales challenges and provide practical solutions.
 Ensure proper communication, discipline, and workflow within the team.
 Work closely with management to improve sales strategy and productivity.
 Coordinate with tele-calling/lead generation team for proper lead allocation.
 Support territory and route planning for field sales team.
 Track conversion ratio, lost leads, and reasons for non-closure.
 Ensure proper execution of customer meetings and site visits.
 Participate in recruitment and conduct initial interviews.
 Support onboarding and training of current team members.
 Ensure team alignment with sales process and CRM usage.
