About CitizenSutra
CitizenSutra is a Global Health/ gov-tech startup building digital infrastructure for India's social impact ecosystem. We want India’s Social Stock Exchange to be the next big success on the lines of UPI and Aadhaar. We work at the intersection of technology, institutions and social change, building products, generating knowledge and solving problems that do not fit neatly into one function.
We are looking for someone to work directly with the founder as we build the next phase of CitizenSutra.
The Role
This is not a role with a 9 to 5 role.
One week you might be researching an opportunity, the next building a presentation, improving a process, shaping a recent initiative or helping solve an operational challenge.
What You will do
Work with the founder on high-priority projects across strategy and execution.
Research, analyse and structure complex problems.
Build presentations, briefs and narratives that influence decisions.
Coordinate across teams, stakeholders and partners to move work forward.
Build systems, solve bottlenecks and turn ideas into action.
Who we are looking for
You have 2–3 years of experience, perhaps in consulting or strategy or another rigorous problem-solving environment, and are looking to build. Experience or background in legal, compliance, marketing or communications is a plus.
More importantly, you think clearly, write well and communicate with precision. You are curious, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. You enjoy brainstorming, presenting ideas, telling compelling stories and bringing structure to complexity. You are someone who asks valuable questions before looking for quick answers.
