Role Description The Senior Consensus Protocol Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. In this role, the engineer designs, implements,



and optimizes consensus algorithms for distributed systems and blockchain platforms, ensuring robustness, scalability, and fault tolerance. Day-to-day tasks include researching state-of-the-art consensus mechanisms, developing and reviewing protocol specifications, writing high-quality production code, and performing performance analysis and optimization. The role involves close collaboration with blockchain, backend, and DevOps teams to integrate consensus components, maintain security best practices, and support system reliability in production environments. The engineer also mentors junior team members, contributes to technical architecture decisions, and participates in code reviews and documentation to maintain engineering standards.
