Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end residential interior projects, from concept development to final execution, in a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors,



vendors, and suppliers to ensure designs are implemented accurately, on time, and within budget. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee FF&E; selection, site supervision, and quality checks, while mentoring junior designers and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with a strong portfolio of residential projects.
Proficiency in Space Planning, ensuring functional and aesthetic layouts tailored to client lifestyles.
Ability to develop accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for execution and approvals.
Experience in FF&E; selection and coordination, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
