Job Title: Assistant Manager – Administration & Facilities
Experience Required: 8 – 10 Years
Scope: Multi-site coverage across plants, test sites, regional centers, guest houses, and remote facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Site Facility Management & Operational Readiness
Oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of all assigned operational plants, offices, guest houses, and test facilities.
Manage site infrastructure, including portable offices, water supply, utility power connections, DG sets, internet connectivity, and site access/roads.
Direct resource allocation and supervise site executives, housekeeping crews, and loading staff to maintain clean, secure, and efficient working environments.
Specialized UAV Flying Test Sites Management
Ensure 100% operational readiness for test flying sites, maintaining hygienic PDI/JRI areas and required support systems.
Explore, evaluate, and inspect potential new flying locations to support business expansion.




Manage UAV distress support and build strong working relationships with local Police, Landlords, and local authorities to secure recurring permissions and maintain land/site agreements.
Statutory Compliance, Government Liaison & Audits
Serve as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal, IB, and external administrative audits/inspections.
Partner with Plant Safety Officers to ensure full statutory compliance with authorities such as DISH, MPCB, CPCB, ITES, CETP, MIDC, CFO MIDC, and MSEDCL.
Maintain a central tracker for on-time renewal of all site agreements, land leases, and operational permits.
Coordinate scrapping and e-waste disposal operations in strict compliance with environmental regulations and corporate finance policies.
AMC Management, Vendor Relations & Maintenance
Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for Pest Control, Biometrics, Fire Extinguishers & Alarm Panels, and Landscaping, ensuring zero contract lapses.
