Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to explain GaadiMech’s services, answer queries, and convert leads into sales. The role includes following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.



The Telesales Representative collaborates with the customer support and operations teams to ensure a smooth service experience and provides feedback on customer needs and market trends to help improve offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English or Hindi and active listening abilities.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
