We are looking for an experienced Backup & Recovery Manager to lead enterprise backup operations, disaster recovery planning, recovery testing, and business continuity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, implement, and manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions
• Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and recovery procedures
• Monitor backup jobs, retention policies, and recovery testing
• Define and maintain RTO & RPO targets
• Coordinate recovery activities during incidents
• Maintain backup documentation, recovery plans, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to strengthen organizational resilience
• Drive continuous improvement across backup and DR processes

• IT Security / Cybersecurity Fundamentals

• ServiceNow — ITSM, documentation, recovery plan tracking & incident coordination
