We are expanding our presence in the energy sector and we are in search for a strategic Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and identify new growth opportunities. This job location will be in India, Thailand, or Singapore (location-flexible within these 3 countries).

The Business Development Manager – Energy Sector is responsible for identifying, developing, and commercializing new market opportunities for composite materials and structural shapes solutions within the energy value chain.

This role focuses on market expansion, application development, and strategic customer acquisition across segments such as:





Oil & Gas infrastructure
Offshore and onshore energy
Power transmission and distribution
Renewable energy systems
Energy infrastructure and industrial structures

The successful candidate will combine technical understanding of thermoplastics materials and part manufacturing with robust commercial strategy to develop high-value opportunities and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Opportunity Development

Identify and prioritize high-growth applications for thermoplastic, composite materials and structural shapes in energy infrastructure.
Conduct market and application analysis to evaluate revenue potential, margins, and competitive positioning.
Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for targeted energy sector applications.
Translate MCG’s materials and manufacturing capabilities into scalable commercial opportunities.
