Assistant Director – Process Consultant(Finance & SCS)_Service Excellence

Job Summary

Support the Service Excellence Leader in shaping, driving, and governing the Service Excellence agenda across GDS by enabling strategy execution, driving insights, and ensuring structured governance, reporting, and compliance.

Acts as a central orchestration layer between strategy, execution teams, and leadership—ensuring initiatives translate into measurable outcomes.

The GDS ES Finance team is closely aligned with the Global Finance functions and provides comprehensive finance services to EY Global and Region member firms.



We deliver the strategic financial and operational services EY needs to succeed in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Our team collaborates with EY entities to:

Provide strategic financial services for margin optimization
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and streamline controlling processes

Supply Chain Services (SCS) connects EY teams with leading services and suppliers globally, creating and maintaining a robust EY supplier ecosystem that builds business resiliency.

The process consultant would assist the teams in continuous improvement.

Key Role And Responsibilities
