COE – Assistant Director

The MBA Manager is a member of a high performing and mixed rank COE team headed up by the Markets Finance Lead. This is a high profile role working with Leadership to help drive their regions overall financial performance and ensure excellent service delivery by the COE team.



The successful candidate should be able to work in a multicultural workplace since the role requires cooperation with a team based in three locations: in the US, Poland and India. The role will require managing the GDS team who will be focused on providing front line support to client handlers dealing with the end-to-end engagement process. It will also require the ability to stay connected to their end users and to report to the Markets Finance Leadership and MBA Manager group. Mercury Business Advisors are finance professionals with end-to-end system, process and policy knowledge who provide the right advice as it is needed and partner with other functions to address the issues facing the business as we transform how we operate. The candidate chosen to COE Manager role will be responsible for innovation, people management, service delivery and continuous improvement in that team through the end
